Who determines your body weight? Who decides that you should shade off some weight?
Who determines that you should go on diet? Is it worth it? Is it fine to be Obese? What about those that don't exercise!
Welcome once again to Angel Kene'$ Vibes. This century dictates that you should exercise, cut weight, go on diet. Do an intermittent fast. Is it by your own choice? or because your colleague does go for jogging every Saturday morning! Is it worth renewing your subscription at the gym. Take a closer look at this:
To answer the above: look at the benefits you have obtained since you started body exercise. Is your life any better? And to those that don't make an inch to buying the idea of physical exercise. It's all on our own choice and terms. Good body exercise has to move with healthy diet. Eating pizza 5 times a week may just be equal to detraining.
Let's take good care of our bodies in whatever way we find it befitting whether body exercise or not. We all need good health and a better living
